LETS COMPLY Property Rental Experts Limited offer a specialist Residential Lettings and Property Management service, with their head office at Morgan House, Gilbert Drive, Boston, PE21 7TQ.
The business was opened in April 2021 by director, John Thorogood (MARLA), who was a Police Officer with Lincolnshire Police for thirty years before retiring. In 2008 he moved into the Residential Lettings industry, and was employed by a well-known, prestigious, independent Letting Agent in Boston. He became a well-respected Property Manager and then in 2015, Training and Development Manager.

WHAT’S OUR AIM?
Our aim is to provide the best standard of service possible at a cost-effective level; to maximise our landlords’ incomes and save money for our clients.
For tenants, we aim to provide a duty of care and ensure the property they rent is maintained to a good living standard.
We provide a range of services, from Full Tenancy Management to Let Only, and can also carry out Empty Care Inspections or manage refurbishment of rental properties.
WHAT WILL WE DO?
At Lets Comply we will initially appraise your property and advise you as to how we would achieve the best rental income and find the right tenant for your home.
We will also carry out a full compliance check of your property and ensure you have the correct documentation in place.
Once a tenant has been found, we will carry out full referencing and right to rent checks, as legally required. We also provide comprehensive inventories which assist within the requirements of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, should a dispute arise … all the paperwork is completely taken care of, so the landlord has absolutely no worries.
We will always give advice and answer any questions you may have; all will be done in a friendly, honest and transparent manner.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We provide a Property Management Service providing a selection of options for landlords, namely Full, Basic and Let only. A Deposit Registration facility will also be provided.
A personal, high quality service at a very realistic fee will be available together with a refreshing approach to managing property.
